'Runway' fatigue

After a somewhat lackluster Project Runway challenge Thursday - no designer's efforts were deemed particularly special - three ladies were told they'd made it to the top, earning a spot at Fashion Week. Irina Shabayeva, Carol Hannah Whitfield and Althea Harper were victorious, while Christopher Straub and Gordana Gelhausen packed their bags. In a clear signal to boyfriend Russell Brand during the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin on Thursday night, Katy Perry played the tease onstage by wearing underwear in the colors of his adored West Ham United soccer team. Perry also revealed the name "Rusty," stitched in silver letters, on the back of her knickers. Rustyrockets is Brand's Twitter sign-on.
